Port Moody Aquarians - Fee Schedule & Registration Information

Registration for the 2012 season is now OPEN.

1. Fill out the registration form online.

2. PRINT a copy of the form.

3. SUBMIT the registration form electronically.

4. Send payment along with the signed registration form to:

A confirmation will be sent to the email provided usually within 2 or 3 days.
If you have not received a confirmation after 5 days, or did not provide an email address, contact us at aquarians.registrar@gmail.com.

Final fee payment deadline is June 1^st, but to be entered into the Early Bird Draw for a chance to win $200 off registration fees, payment must be received by May 1^st.
As required by our BCSSA insurance, all participants must have provided a signed registration form before they can attend their first practice.
