PMA Diving 2012
Welcome to all new and returning PMA Divers!
Key things to remember:
- Please bring the following to every practice: T-shirt/shorts or sweat pants for dryland, running shoes, 2 towels and/or shammy, water bottle
- Planning practices for 2 divers is very different from planning practices for 10 divers, so if you know ahead of time that you will be missing practice, please let the coach know as soon as you can
- Please don't be late to practice! Practices will start on time, and if you are late, it is disruptive to the group. If you know you will be late due to other commitments, please let the coach know ahead of time.
Please Note:
Diving is a sport where physical contact between coaches and divers is necessary to physically manipulate and shape the divers bodies in order for divers to make certain corrections to their dives. If you foresee any possible problems with physical contact being made with your athlete, please talk to the coach.
